From serving 26 years in the US Navy and retiring as a Master Chief at NAS Jax, to leading the Town of Orange Park as Mayor (2021–2026) and 3-term Town Council member, Randy Anderson has dedicated his life to serving our country and community.

Connie Thomas is a Clay County native, board-certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and community leader with more than 35 years of service. As CEO of Impact Clay and Impact Works, she brings together businesses, faith communities, nonprofits, and government partners to strengthen the community and improve lives.

Jon Cantrell is the President of the Clay County Chamber of Commerce, following nearly 25 years as publisher of Clay Today. He is known for his extensive network of local business leaders, and ability to connect resources that help Clay County businesses grow.
