From Vision to Reality: Mercy Village

For years, Mercy Village has lived in prayers, plans, conversations, and generous hearts.

God has been faithful, and on Friday, we got to celebrate that faithfulness together.

Standing on that ground, it was impossible not to think about every prayer He has answered, every door He has opened, every provision He has made, and every person He has brought alongside this mission.

To everyone who came out to celebrate with us, thank you. To every donor, volunteer, church, community partner, friend, and supporter who has prayed, given, served, encouraged, and believed in this vision, thank you.

Also, a special thank you to Josh Skipper for generously providing an incredible BBQ lunch for everyone who joined us!

The first 14 supportive housing units are just the beginning. The vision is 34.

And if Friday reminded us of anything, it’s this: when God gives the vision and a community comes together around it, what once felt far away can begin taking shape right before our eyes.

We are deeply grateful for how far He has brought us, and full of expectation for everything still ahead.

Mercy Village, here we come.
